Who is responsible
Admissible Lab is owned by Aleph & Be Capital Holdings Limited, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The Company is the responsible organisation for this website’s general enquiry handling. An examination agreement may identify a separate provider or data-processing role for case material. Use the contact form with “Other enquiry” for a privacy request.
What the website collects
An enquiry includes your name, email address, optional organisation, selected topic, message and consent to a response. Submission records can include a reference and time. Hosting and mail services may record connection information such as IP address, request time and technical error data. The website uses short-lived verification records and salted network-address hashes to limit abuse. It does not accept evidence attachments through the public form.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to answer the request, discuss a demonstration or service scope, and keep a necessary correspondence record. Operational data supports delivery, security, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention. Consent to a response is not agreement to receive unrelated marketing. A separate engagement must establish its own lawful basis and data-handling instructions.
Recipients, providers and international handling
Authorised personnel and hosting or mail-delivery providers may handle the information needed for those purposes. The website currently requests typography files from Google Fonts, which receives connection data when those files are loaded. Third-party services and the separately linked analysis platform have their own notices. Data can be handled outside the British Virgin Islands; incorporation does not determine hosting location. Obtain processing-location and transfer details in writing before submitting case evidence. Information may also need to be disclosed under lawful process, with notice where legally permitted.
Cookies and local browser behaviour
Website administration uses essential authentication and security cookies. Resource searches run in your browser and do not submit their search text to an analysis service. First-party measurement records daily aggregate counts of demo-enquiry link clicks, email-link clicks, form starts and enquiries accepted by the mail server. Counter rows contain only the day, event type, source-page slug and total. They contain no enquiry text, email address, full URL or persistent visitor identifier. Browser events respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. No analytics cookies or cross-site tracking are used. External providers and your browser can have their own operation data. See the cookie and external-resource notice.
Retention and security
Contact correspondence and operational records should be kept only as needed for their stated purpose, security, applicable legal requirements or an actual dispute or hold. Aggregate event totals are retained for up to 90 days. Short-lived network-address hashes used for event rate limiting expire separately. No fixed case-evidence retention period is established by this enquiry form. Short-lived form verification expires; expiry of a security record does not delete an email already received. HTTPS, restricted administration and enquiry-abuse controls are in place, but no website or mail channel is risk-free.
Requests and choices
Ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply. Requests may require proportionate identity verification and can be subject to lawful retention, security or other statutory limits. Do not send identity documents or confidential evidence through the general form unless an approved channel is arranged. Withdrawing permission for a response does not necessarily remove a legal basis for retaining a required business or security record.
Changes and evidence processing
The updated date identifies this notice’s current version. Material changes to collection or use should be disclosed before new purposes are introduced, with additional permission where required. The evidence-handling policy explains what must be agreed before transferring case material. Website enquiries are not a substitute for that agreement.
