1. Provider, customer and protected persons

Admissible Lab is a brand owned by Aleph & Be Capital Holdings Limited, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”). The provider is the Company unless an accepted written order identifies a different operating entity. The “Customer” is the legal person entering that order; its authorised users act within the rights granted to that Customer. “Protected Persons” means the provider and its holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, direct and indirect owners, shareholders, investors, share subscribers, directors, officers, employees and representatives, in their respective capacities connected with the service.

2. Formation and document priority

A subscription is formed by an authorised signed agreement or an explicit recorded acceptance of these terms and an order identifying the provider, scope, term and charges. Browsing this website, sending an enquiry, or viewing a demonstration does not itself purchase a subscription or prove acceptance of subscription terms. An individually signed agreement prevails over conflicting provisions here; an accepted order governs its stated commercial particulars. The analysis notice, acceptable-use policy and agreed evidence-handling instructions form part of the subscription when incorporated. Mandatory law prevails over every document.

3. Professional use and access rights

Access is licensed for lawful professional or business purposes within the agreed seats, modules, usage and term. The licence is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Client casework is permitted only within the authorised scope; reselling access, account sharing, sublicensing and operating an unapproved service bureau are not permitted. Third-party and open-source components retain their own applicable licences, which are not overridden by a general restriction in these terms.

4. Authority and account responsibility

The Customer must have authority to contract and to collect, possess, upload, transfer and examine its material. It is responsible for its users, access permissions, suitable credentials, lawful instructions and prompt reporting of suspected account compromise. It must maintain independent originals and backups, accurate specimen identities and appropriate custody records. The provider’s receipt or processing of an item does not confirm the Customer’s legal authority or the material’s authenticity.

5. Analysis and examiner responsibility

Outputs assist an examination; they are not independent expert opinions, legal advice or final determinations of authenticity, authorship, identity, manipulation, misconduct or admissibility. The Customer must select suitable methods, comply with input gates, assess quality, examine reference provenance, review limitations and obtain qualified human review before using or disclosing results. It remains responsible for its findings, reports, testimony, decisions and services to its clients. The full analysis notice is incorporated where these terms govern access.

6. No guarantee of results or case outcome

To the extent legally permitted, no guarantee is given that outputs will be complete, error-free, repeatable under every condition, suitable for every script or device, independently validated across the Customer’s population, or accepted by a court, regulator or other reviewer. False positives, false negatives, artifacts and inconclusive outcomes can occur. A score is not automatically a probability of authenticity or guilt. An absent indicator is not automatically proof of an absence. Descriptions and benchmarks do not create additional warranties beyond an expressly accepted written commitment.

7. Customer data and confidentiality

The Customer retains rights in material it lawfully supplies. It grants only the rights necessary to provide, support and secure the agreed service under documented instructions. Case evidence must not be submitted through the public enquiry form. Sensitive material requires approved transfer and agreed handling arrangements, including any required processing agreement. Non-public case content must not be repurposed for general model training or advertising without separate documented authority. Each party must protect the other’s confidential information and disclose it only for authorised performance, authorised advisers or service providers, or a lawful compulsory process, with notice where legally permitted.

8. Charges, term and renewal

The accepted order must identify charges, currency, taxes, billing dates, any processing or storage limits and the subscription period. No price, seat count, unlimited usage, automatic renewal or refund promise is established by a general website description. Renewal occurs only as agreed in the order; automatic renewal requires an express stated renewal mechanism and cancellation notice period. The provider may suspend access for undisputed overdue charges after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law. Cancellation and unused-fee treatment follow the accepted agreement and mandatory rights.

9. Availability, changes and third-party services

Maintenance, faults, security events and third-party dependencies can affect access and processing. No uninterrupted availability, support response time, permanent feature set or service-level credit is promised without an agreed service level. The provider may update methods and safeguards while preserving material contractual commitments or offering the remedy required by the agreement or law. Customers must record versions and assess changes relevant to their validated procedures. External services and links have their own terms; their use does not expand the provider’s contracted obligations.

10. Permitted warranty exclusions

Except for specific warranties in an accepted agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service, website content, evaluations and experimental features are supplied on an “as available” basis. Implied warranties of fitness for a particular evidential purpose, satisfactory quality, accuracy and non-infringement are excluded only to the extent the applicable law permits. The provider does not promise that use will prevent evidence loss, satisfy every procedural rule, identify all manipulation or produce a favourable case result.

11. Excluded categories of loss

Subject to section 14, and only where legally enforceable, the Protected Persons are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, reputation or goodwill; loss arising from an incorrect accusation, investigation strategy, case outcome or rejected evidence; or indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive loss connected with access, inability to access, processing or reliance on outputs. Loss of or corruption of data is excluded to the same legally permitted extent; this does not remove an expressly agreed data-handling obligation or a mandatory statutory remedy.

12. Aggregate liability cap

Subject to section 14, the total combined liability of all Protected Persons for all claims arising from the same service, whether in contract, negligence, other tort or another legal basis, is limited to the fees actually paid for that affected service in the twelve months immediately before the first event giving rise to the claims. For authorised free evaluations with no paid service, the aggregate cap is US$100. These are shared aggregate limits, not separate limits for each output, user, affiliated entity or claim. They do not restrict recovery where the law prohibits that restriction or an individually signed agreement sets a different applicable cap.

13. Owners, investors and subsidiaries

Ownership, investment, group membership or use of a shared brand does not itself make a holding company, subsidiary, shareholder or investor a contracting party, guarantor, examiner or joint provider. No such person assumes responsibility for an analysis merely by holding that status. To the extent legally permitted, the Customer agrees to direct contractual service claims to the provider identified in the accepted order, not to non-contracting Protected Persons solely because of their ownership or affiliation. The provider contracts for the stated protections of those persons as well as itself and may seek to enforce them on their behalf where lawful. These provisions do not release anyone from personal wrongdoing, an express undertaking or a non-excludable statutory duty.

14. Liabilities and rights that remain

Nothing in these documents excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, remedy or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer, data-protection, regulatory and criminal-law duties prevail where applicable.

A limitation will apply only to its lawful and enforceable extent. It does not convert an unlawful analysis, unauthorised processing or misleading statement into lawful conduct, and it does not bind a person who has not agreed to the relevant contract.

15. Customer indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer must indemnify the provider and other Protected Persons against third-party claims and reasonable resulting defence costs arising from the Customer’s unlawful or unauthorised material or instructions, infringement of third-party rights, breach of acceptable use, misleading presentation of outputs, or the Customer’s own examination services, reports and decisions. This obligation applies only to the extent the claim is caused by that Customer conduct and excludes loss caused by the relevant Protected Person’s breach, fraud, wilful misconduct or non-excludable negligence. The protected party must give prompt notice where practicable, permit an appropriate defence and reasonable assistance, and not agree an admission, non-monetary obligation or settlement for another party without that party’s consent.

16. Suspension, termination and evidence preservation

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for suspected unlawful use, a material security risk, breach or a lawful order. Notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable breach will be given where practicable and legally appropriate. Immediate action may be taken where delay creates material risk. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, confidentiality, lawful retention duties or the applicable limits and dispute provisions. Evidence export, retention, deletion and legal holds follow the agreed handling schedule and law; a legal hold must not be defeated by routine deletion.

17. British Virgin Islands law and disputes

Unless an individually signed agreement states otherwise, these subscription terms and contractual disputes arising from them are governed by British Virgin Islands law. The parties submit contractual disputes to the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be displaced by agreement. Either party may seek urgent protective relief from a competent court where necessary. Before commencing an ordinary contractual claim, the parties should make a good-faith attempt to resolve it through written notice, without restricting a statutory deadline or urgent relief.

18. Changes, severability and no transfer of duties

Material contractual changes require notice and apply to existing subscriptions only through the agreed variation mechanism or renewed acceptance; posting a new web version alone does not retrospectively vary an accepted contract. An unenforceable provision is limited or severed only to the extent allowed by law, leaving the remaining agreement effective where possible. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of another. These terms do not make the provider the Customer’s agent, legal adviser or expert witness, or transfer the Customer’s professional and statutory responsibilities to an owner or investor.

19. Notices and applicable documents

Send general contractual enquiries through the contact page, selecting “Other enquiry”. Formal notice must use the notice details in the accepted order or agreement. Keep confidential evidence out of the public form. Read the analysis notice, acceptable-use policy, evidence-handling policy and website privacy notice alongside the applicable contract.
